Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 13, 2025
1. Who We Are
This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) explains how Numiflux (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information in connection with the ReelFirst mobile application (“App” or “ReelFirst”).
ReelFirst is a casual puzzle game available on the Google Play Store. We designed ReelFirst so that it collects little or no personal information from you. This Policy applies only to the App and not to any other websites, apps, or services.
By installing, accessing, or using ReelFirst, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Information We Collect
We designed ReelFirst to collect minimal data.
2.1 Information You Provide Directly
- We do not require you to create an account.
- We do not request your name, email address, phone number, or other contact details in the normal course of using the App.
- We do not request or store payment information directly; any purchases, if offered, are processed through the Google Play Store and are subject to Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
If, in the future, we add optional features (for example, feedback forms, leaderboards, or account registration) that require you to provide information, we will clearly explain what information is collected and for what purpose.
2.2 Automatically Collected Information
When you use the App, some information may be collected automatically to ensure the App works correctly and to help us understand how it is used. This may include:
- Device information: Such as device model, operating system version, language, country, and unique device identifiers provided by the operating system or Google Play.
- Log and usage data: Such as app opens, screens viewed, basic interaction events, and error or crash reports.
- Approximate location: Only at a coarse, non-precise level (for example, country or region) as provided by the device or Google Play services. We do not collect precise GPS or real-time location.
This information is generally collected in an aggregated and anonymous form and does not directly identify you.
2.3 Information from Third-Party Services
The App may use third-party services provided by Google or other partners (for example, Google Play services, analytics, crash reporting, or advertising providers). These services may collect information as described in their own privacy policies, which may include:
- Device identifiers
- General location information
- Usage data related to the App
We do not control and are not responsible for the data practices of these third parties, but we only integrate services that, to the best of our knowledge, comply with relevant data protection laws.
For more information on how Google handles data it collects, please see Google’s privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy.
3. How We Use Information
We use the limited information we collect for the following purposes:
- To provide and operate the App and its features;
- To maintain and improve app performance and stability (for example, using crash reports and diagnostics);
- To understand general usage patterns so we can improve puzzle content and gameplay;
- To prevent abuse and maintain the security and integrity of the App;
- To comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for profiling you in a way that produces legal or similarly significant effects.
4. Legal Bases for Processing (EEA/UK Users)
If you are located in the European Economic Area (“EEA”) or the United Kingdom (“UK”), our legal bases for processing your information (where applicable) are:
- Performance of a contract: To provide the App and its core functionality you request.
- Legitimate interests: To maintain and improve the App, including debugging, analytics in a privacy-respecting way, and protecting against misuse.
- Compliance with legal obligations: To meet legal or regulatory requirements, such as responding to lawful requests by authorities.
Where consent is required by law (for example, for certain types of analytics or advertising), we will rely on your consent and give you a way to withdraw it.
5. Children’s Privacy
ReelFirst is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13 years of age (or under 16 in some jurisdictions).
- We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country) without verifiable parental consent.
- If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child in violation of applicable law, we will promptly delete that information.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below.
6. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
We may share information in the following limited circumstances:
6.1 Service Providers
We may share information with trusted third-party service providers that help us operate and improve the App (for example, analytics, crash reporting, or cloud hosting providers). These providers may process information on our behalf and are required to handle it in accordance with applicable privacy laws and this Policy.
6.2 Legal Requirements and Protection
We may disclose information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to:
- Satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- Enforce our terms and policies;
- Detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues;
- Protect the rights, property, or safety of Numiflux, our users, or others.
6.3 Business Transfers
If Numiflux is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will take reasonable steps to ensure that any recipient continues to handle your information in a manner consistent with this Policy.
7. International Data Transfers
Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside of your country of residence. Data protection laws in those countries may be different from those in your country.
Where required by law, we will implement appropriate safeguards (for example, standard contractual clauses or equivalent measures) to protect your information when it is transferred internationally.
8. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. For example:
- Crash reports and diagnostic logs may be retained for a limited time to help us investigate issues and improve the App.
- Aggregated and anonymized data may be retained for analytics and reporting purposes.
When information is no longer needed, we will delete it or anonymize it so that it can no longer be associated with you.
9. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights in relation to your information. These rights may include:
- Access: Request confirmation as to whether we process information about you and obtain a copy of that information.
- Rectification: Request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Deletion: Request that we delete information we hold about you, subject to legal obligations.
- Restriction: Request that we restrict the processing of your information in certain circumstances.
- Objection: Object to certain processing activities based on our legitimate interests.
- Data portability: Request a copy of your information in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format where technically feasible.
Because ReelFirst is designed to collect minimal information and does not typically maintain user accounts, we may not be able to link certain data (for example, aggregated analytics) back to you individually. In such cases, we may not be able to fully honor certain requests, but we will do our best to help.
To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
10. Additional Information for California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you may have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (“CPRA”), including:
- Right to know: To request information about the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources of that information, the purposes for which we collected it, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to delete: To request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions.
- Right to correct: To request correction of inaccurate personal information.
- Right to non-discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA/CPRA rights.
We do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are defined under the CCPA/CPRA.
To submit a request under the CCPA/CPRA, please contact us using the details in the “Contact Us” section below. We may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.
11. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we collect against accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, or access.
However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
12. Third-Party Links and Services
The App may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content (for example, ads, external videos, or app store pages). This Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and their privacy practices may differ from ours.
We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access.
13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this Policy and may provide additional notice (for example, within the App or via the Google Play Store listing).
Your continued use of ReelFirst after changes have been made constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy. If you do not agree to the changes, you should stop using the App.
